We have completed our activities for this maintenance window.

All of our infrastructure and firmware upgrades were completed successfully.

There is one remaining software upgrade planned, which we expect will be scheduled for the weekend of January 16th.

On Saturday, January 9th, 2021 starting at 6:00 p.m. EST we will be performing maintenance activities with a planned completion of 6:00 a.m. EST.

This will be an on-line maintenance and we are not expecting any service disruption.

The maintenance activities to be performed are those originally scheduled for December 5th. In preparation for that maintenance we learned that it was possible to do these activities without having to take any services offline, and therefore in this rescheduled window we will be proceeding with the same infrastructure updates while using our high-availability capabilities to continue operating normally.

What maintenance work will be done?

We will be updating our cluster infrastructure software and firmware to the latest versions.

Why is this maintenance required?

Regular system software updates are required in order to maintain the reliable and secure operation of our platform.

What services will be affected?

We are expecting all services to remain available during this maintenance window. There may be momentary delays as workloads are migrated between cluster nodes.

Is there anything I need to do?

No special action is required from our users. We recommend you process any transactions on Saturday January 9th prior to our maintenance start time, if possible.
