Scheduled Maintenance


This planned maintenance will be deferred until later in December 2020 or possibly January 2021. Our hardware vendor has offered to assist directly with this upgrade process and we are rescheduling to take advantage of their expertise.

Maintenance Planned

On Saturday, December 5th, 2020 starting at 6:00 p.m. EST we will be performing maintenance activities with a planned completion of 10:00 p.m. EST.

During this maintenance window our web portals will be unavailable and no data processing will be performed. Incoming data transfers such as AS2 and FTP connections will not be accepted, and will need to be resubmitted by sending peers once the maintenance is complete.

What maintenance work will be done?

We will be updating our cluster infrastructure software to the latest versions.

Why is this maintenance required?

Regular system software updates are required in order to maintain the reliable and secure operation of our platform.

What services will be affected?

All of our web application portals will be offline for approximately one hour during the maintenance window. This includes Commerce Desktop, Bedrock Admin and any custom apps you may use.

During this time any CD Agent and Bedrock Agent file transfers will be blocked. These transfers will be retried automatically once maintenance has completed.

Our incoming data transfer servers, such as for AS2 and FTP connections will be offline and unable to accept connections. Sending peers should retry any failed transmissions after we are back online.

All batch processing and outbound polling activities (e.g. e-commerce APIs) will be suspended and will resume automatically once maintenance has completed.

Is there anything I need to do?

No special action is required from our users. However please be sure to process any transactions on Saturday December 5th prior to our maintenance start time.
