Today’s maintenance activities are now complete and all processing and applications have resumed normal operations.

Please note that we will be scheduling another maintenance window later this month to compete an update process that we elected to defer for the moment.

Our maintenance work has progressed quickly and we will be resuming operations ahead of schedule. We estimate all functions will be online by 21:00 EDT.

During this work we encountered a condition that poses no immediate concern but due to which we have held back some of the updates we were planning to perform at this time. We will be scheduling another maintenance window to complete those updates in the near future.

On Saturday, June 6th, 2020 starting at 6:00 p.m. EDT we will be performing maintenance activities with a planned completion of 12:00 midnight EDT.

During this maintenance window our web portals will be unavailable and no data processing will be performed. Incoming data transfers such as AS2 and FTP connections will continue to be accepted and any received transactions will be processed when operations resume.

What maintenance work will be done?

We will be applying operating system updates and performing other routine software maintenance activities.

Why is this maintenance required?

Regular system software updates are required in order to maintain the reliable and secure operation of our platform. Certain database health checks and file maintenance are also performed only during the update process.

What services will be affected?

All of our web application portals will be offline for several hours. This includes Commerce Desktop, Bedrock Admin and any custom apps you may use.

During this time any CD Agent file transfers will be blocked. These transfers should be retried automatically once maintenance has completed.

Bedrock Agent transfers will continue to be accepted, however the data will not be processed until maintenance has completed.

All batch processing and outbound polling activities (e.g. e-commerce APIs) will be suspended and will resume automatically once maintenance has completed.

Is there anything I need to do?

No special action is required from our users. However please be sure to process any transactions on Saturday June 6th prior to our maintenance start time.
